Nichelle A. Mullins has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Oak Health Center, Inc. Which is a federally qualified health center provides quality comprehensive health care to the underserved population. Ms. Mullins is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations for the facility which serves over annually in Several licensed sites. Prior to accepting the role as the President and CEO, Ms. Mullins served in the capacity of Chief of Compliance and Legal Affairs for the health center where she oversaw all regulatory and licensing issues, the health center’s compliance program, and all legal matters pertaining to the center.
Ms. Mullins is an ordained minister and currently serves as an appointed member of the Citizens Ethics Advisory Board, and the Governor’s Healthcare Cabinet Committee.

Dr. Aura Daraba, Associate Professor at University “Dunarea de Jos” of Galati, Romania, holds PhD and MSc degrees in Food Engineering and Food Sciences. She is an experienced professional in food science, food microbiology, microbial population shifting and interactions during processing or throughout the whole food chain, and food-related regulatory aspects. Dr. Daraba authored and co-authored 8 books and book chapters, 62 scientific articles, 55 scientific communications at national and international professional conferences. Dr. Daraba has an ample experience in international collaborative work as a former Research Associate at Iowa State University, USA, Norman Bourlaug/USAID Fellow at University of Kentucky, USA, and postdoctoral fellow of Greek Government.
